We recognised the problem

Our contact databases had all been developed inhouse and evolved over considerable time. Our membership data was spread across different systems and they were costly and time consuming to use and maintain.

We wanted to automate our processes, integrate as many of our systems as possible and create a single source of truth. This would enable us to better manage our membership data and improve their experience with us.

It was important to us to feel that we were able to work with an organisation who shared a similar culture and approach to work. We wanted people who could not only technically give us a solution – but would be good to work with.

We were impressed by the solution they proposed to us and the fact that they quickly ‘got’ us and what we were trying to achieve.

The solution

Trillium proposed the implementation of three major new systems: Microsoft Dynamics as our CRM, Umbraco as our website, and dotdigital to manage our bulk emails.

They supported us with the implementation and integration of the project from concept to go live.

Key benefits

We have one central data source used to manage memberships across the organisation. Our marketing and comms team are now fully able to update the website, build new pages and
segment data without support from IT.

Our members will have a dedicated place on our website where they can update and manage their details and account. Members can sign-up and book training completely online. Our brand has been strengthened as it is now being used consistently across our communications.
